At Schwartz & von Halen, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your new gloves, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for any size exchange or full refund. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn gloves in their original luxury packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 3-5 business days.
